Automotive AEC-Q200 Qualified Standard Fuses

Littelfuse Automotive AEC-Q200 Qualified Standard Fuses meet AEC-Q200 requirements and set the standard for automotive fuses. These fuses have expanded the scope of AEC-Q200, Stress Test Qualification for Passive Electrical Devices. The AEC-Q200 qualified standard fuses have contributed to the development of revision E and the framework for defining the test requirements for fuses. The standard fuses have a wide variety of AEC-Q200 qualified fuses, including surface mount, cartridge, and inline fuses, which the designer can select from to develop reliable products for the automotive industry. The AEC-Q200 fuses are used for overcurrent protection in several applications such as sense line protection, battery management, onboard charger, connectivity, and ADAS.

Automotive Application Solutions

Littelfuse Automotive Solutions contain a portfolio of AEC-Q101 and AEC-Q200 qualified TVS diodes, diode arrays, varistors, multilayer varistors, and POLY-FUSE® PTCs. Each new generation of vehicles has an increased number of electronics that control everything from the radio to fuel injection. Littelfuse provides circuit protection solutions for a range of difficult automotive applications.

Electrical Vehicle DC Fast Chargers

DC charging stations are designed to convert the electrical grid’s AC power into DC power that can then be fed directly into a vehicle’s battery system for fast charging – in 30 minutes or less. Because the conversion from AC to DC power is being done in the charging station, these units can provide higher levels of power (50kW to 350kW and beyond) to the vehicle compared to AC charging stations. Working with tens to hundreds of kilowatts of power, efficient conversion, reliability of the system, and user safety are critical.

Battery Management System Solutions

Littelfuse Battery Management System Solutions provides components that protect against overcurrents, surges, and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) that threaten the safe operation of Battery Management Systems (BMS) in industrial tools and robotics, as well as e-mobility, mobile, and wearable applications. These systems regulate battery performance and communicate with energy management systems to keep batteries safe and operational. Littelfuse Battery Management System Solutions include fuses, TVS diodes, diode arrays, single-cell batteries, multi-cell batteries, solid state relays, and more.
