iCE40 Series MobileFPGA Family

Lattice Semiconductor iCE40 Series MobileFPGA Family includes ultra-low power devices with flexible logic architecture. These FPGAs include five devices with densities ranging from 384 to 7680 Look-Up Tables (LUTs) for the LP and HX series and 2800 or 5280 4-input LUTs for the UltraPlus series. The Lattice Semiconductor iCE40 devices feature Embedded Block RAM (EBR), Non-volatile Configuration Memory (NVCM), and Phase Locked Loops (PLLs).

iCE40 LP Series MobileFPGA Family

Lattice Semiconductor iCE40 LP Series MobileFPGA Family includes tablet-targeted devices optimized for high performance. The iCE40 LP Series Family is 80% faster than the iCE65 Series, utilizing proven, high-volume 40nm, low-power CMOS technology. These FPGAs feature low-cost packages, tablet resolution HD video, and imaging. The Lattice Semiconductor iCE40 LP FPGAs also features an integrated Phase-Locked Loop (PLL), up to 533MHz PLL output, and a complete iCEcube development system.
