MD Two-Pin DIP/DIPGuard® Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX MD Two-Pin DIP/DIPGuard® Capacitors features multilayer ceramic leaded capacitors with the molded radial configuration and the two-pin DIPGuard option. These devices have the same footprint as standard DIP components while offering a lower profile to enhance airflow across the capacitor and flat leads for reduced inductance. The MD capacitors provide superior reliability and are an ideal choice for a decoupling capacitor. Auto insertable with standard DIP insertion equipment, the MD multilayer ceramic leaded capacitors are available with 0.325mm lead spacing, capacitance values from 0.47uF to 1uF, and tolerances ranging from 10% to 20%. The epoxy molding of these KYOCERA AVX capacitors provides excellent insulation from a wide variety of environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold, moisture, and humidity.
