Capacitor Solutions

KYOCERA AVX provides a large portfolio of capacitor solutions designed around density, size, and reliability requirements. Common capacitor types include aluminum electrolytic, tantalum electrolytic, ceramic, and film. KYOCERA AVX ceramic capacitors are commonly used in DC-DC converters, which can be found in nearly every subsystem of electric vehicles (EVs). 

AR SkyCap® Radial Leaded MLCCs

KYOCERA AVX SkyCap® Radial Leaded AR MLCCs are conformally coated and feature temperature coefficients of C0G (NP0), X7R, and X8R. The series is available in 50V to 3kV voltage ranges. The lead materials are RoHS compliant and qualified to AEC-Q200, PPAP available. KYOCERA AVX SkyCap Radial Leaded AR MLCCs are designed for automotive, military, and commercial applications.
