Bomar Plug & Removal Tool - EXPANSION

Bomar Interconnect's High Density BNC Connectors have been expanded to include the High Density BNC Plug and Removal Tool. The High Density BNC Plug is approximately 50% smaller than standard broadcast BNC connector to allow more cable connections to the same size PCB. The High Density BNC Plug is designed to mate with the BNC E-Snap End Launch Jack. The removal tool aids in the disconnection of the High Density BNC Connectors.

Bomar Interconnect High Density BNC Connectors are approximately 50% smaller than traditional BNC devices, permitting four times the density, and 40% smaller footprint than the DIN 1.0/2.3. The E-Snap design includes a gold nut and gold-plated contacts to promote board retention and RF performance without use of adhesives. Developed for use with PCMICA cards in wireless applications, the miniature 50 ohm High Density BNC E-Snap End Launch Jack delivers repeatable performance to 18 GHz standard or 20 GHz optional. The small footprint enables more connectors to fit into in a tight space and makes the High Density BNC E-Snap End Connectors well-suited for applications with dense packaging arrangements. Rated for use in 3G applications, these connectors can be used for high bandwidth connections in a wide range of broadcast and digital video-HDTV applications as well as in video network routing and switching, and in any application in which standard BNCs connectors may be used. Bomar's high density BNCs fit traditional miniature broadcast cables and boast a frequency range of 0-4 GHZ.
