ADM7154/5 600mA RF線性穩壓器

Analog Devices ADM7154/5 600mA RF Linear Regulators operate from 2.3V to 5.5V and provides up to 600mA of output current. ADM7155 features adjustable linear regulators that operate from 2.3V to 5.5V and provide up to 600mA of load current. ADM7154 offers 16 standard output voltages. Output voltages from 1.2V to 3.4V are possible depending on the ADM7155 model. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, ADM7154 and ADM7155 provide high power supply rejection and ultralow noise, achieving excellent line and load transient response with only a 10μF ceramic output capacitor.
