Sensor-Based Interfaces for Core Products

Analog Devices Sensor and Sensor Interfaces for Core Products are a portfolio of sensor ICs including temperature sensors, optical sensors, and sensor interfaces and communication circuits. The temperature sensors are designed for local and remote applications. Thermostat ICs measure temperature and offer a power switch output for temperature-based monitoring and control applications. MAX31855 Thermocouple-to-Digital Converters

Analog Devices MAX31855 Cold-Junction Compensated Thermocouple-to-Digital Converters perform cold-junction compensation and digitize the signal from a K-, J-, N-, T-, S-, R-, or E-type thermocouple. The data is output in a signed 14-bit, SPI™-compatible, read-only format. Analog Devices MAX31855 converters resolve temperatures to 0.25°C, allow readings as high as +1800°C and as low as -270°C, and exhibit thermocouple accuracy of ±2°C for temperatures ranging from -200°C to +700°C for K-type thermocouples. Analog Devices MAX31855 Thermocouple-to-Digital Converters are ideal for various automotive, HVAC, and industrial applications.
