Magnetic Switch & Latch ICs

Allegro MicroSystems Magnetic Switch and Latch ICs provide excellent jitter performance for optimized motor control. The magnetic switch and latch ICs feature vertical hall technology and survive the harshest automotive voltage transients. Furthermore, the switches and latches are developed to ISO 26262 standards.

APS11202 Precision Hall-Effect Switches

Allegro MicroSystems APS11202 Precision Hall-Effect Switches are chopper-stabilized, temperature-stable, and stress-resistant sensor ICs that are ideal for operation over extended temperature ranges (up to 150°C). The dynamic offset cancellation in this switch allows for superior high-temperature performance. This reduces the residual offset voltage normally caused by device package overmolding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress. The APS11202 switches are equipped with a voltage regulator, a Hall voltage generator, a small-signal amplifier, chopper stabilization, and a Schmitt trigger on a single chip.
