Nexperia PMZ290UNE N-Channel MOSFET
Nexperia PMZ290UNE N-Channel MOSFET is an enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) with low threshold voltage and fast switching. This MOSFET offers 2kV HBM. The PMZ290UNE MOSFET is available in a 1.0mm x 0.6mm x 0.48mm leadless small DFN1006-3 (SOT883) SMD plastic package using Trench MOSFET technology. Nexperia PMZ290UNE N-Channel MOSFET is ideal for relay drivers, high-speed line drivers, low-side load switches, and switching circuits.
