This MOSFET offers a low on‑resistance of 17mΩ at VGS=10V, 160A peak drain current, and total gate charge of 15.5nC (at 10V). The DI040N10D1-AQ MOSFET features standard-level gate drive, low gate charge, and fast switching times. This diode is housed in a compact TO‑252AA (DPAK) surface‑mount package and is AEC‑Q101 qualified.
